The Company is acutely aware of its responsibilities and obligations within the field of Health and Safety.

From our CHAS accredited Health and Safety Policy to our membership of the Building Safety Group, to our Annual Safety Conference, quarterly Health and Safety Working Party meetings and monthly Divisional progress meetings, Health and Safety is incorporated within everything we do.

In addition to our CHAS accredited Health and Safety Policy and our membership of the Building Safety Group we also hold:

• An Annual Health and Safety Conference
• Quarterly Health and Safety Working party meetings
• Monthly Divisional progress meetings
• Health and Safety is also an agenda item at each Board Meeting

As part of our Investors in People accreditation we produce an annual training plan and budget. Over 71% of the budget and nearly 80% of the courses provided are Health and Safety related.
