The construction of a 78 No. bed nursing home, consisting of a 10 person day care centre with associated facilities and a 6 person key worker flat containing lounge, kitchen, dining, bathroom and 6 No. single bedrooms.

Community
Carter Construction conducted fortnightly meetings with the local authority liaison officer, Clive Thompson, to discuss any issues and advice on what works were being carried out on site. Following each meeting Clive Thompson would issue minutes to the local neighbours.
