The Works
To strip out the property and dry providing the client with a seamless contract period, through to the extensive reinstatement of water damaged rooms.
Features of Project
The property was circa 1800s - two storey detached house with brick walls and thatched roof, period beams and lime plasterwork.
Sustainable/Environment Issues
Due to the nature of the build the property needed to be re- instated with traditional lime plaster.
