The construction of a new four court indoor tennis centre complete with changing facilities, catering facilities and restaurant conservatory. Extensive external works car parking and land drainage.

Large single span portal frame to accommodate tennis courts. Extreme tolerance on main floor to satisfy Lawn Tennis Association requirements. Extensive alterations to existing drainage system.

Extensive consultation with the community to satisfy neighbours' concerns. The project was also used during the construction phase as an educational tool for a number of local schools who visited site during the construction process.
