Basement construction. The swimming pool was constructed within the basement requiring extensive bulk excavation through rock.

Project Challenges
Maintaining a working relationship with the planners due to the sensitive nature of the planning permission and the site. Incorporating state of the art facilities for this premium market within the confines of a traditional Cotswold structure.
