The Works
Construction of 4 bespoke high quality offices for Network Estates with external parking.
Features of Project
Phase 1 of the scheme was secured in competition for the delivery of the first 2 offices (£4m value).
A first class collaborative working relationship was built up with the Client and his team which resulted in the further 2 offices being negotiated (£3m value).
The units comprised of structural steel frame, masonry cladding and mixture of slate, panel and asphalt roofing. The front facades of the offices were in curved glazing with an external water feature in front.
Internally, finishes were to a high standard with hardwood joinery, raised access floors, IPS panelled toilets with marble worktops.
All units were fully air conditioned with high quality lighting and data provisions.
A roof area void was designed into the structures which provided ample storage space.
Substantial landscaping was provided with works also carried out to the adjacent canal footpath.
