The Works:
The extension, restoration, refurbishment and alteration of a grade 2 listed building. Works included a new masonry and oak framed 2 storey building incorporating garages and storage. Further works are planned this year

The building was nominated in 2010 for a Georgian Society Award.

Ground source heat pumps were installed, providing an efficient heating system.
