The Works
Consisted of the demolition of two separate garage parking courts to enable the construction of 6No. Flats at Derwent Close and 4No. Flats at Durban Road, Patchway.

Risk & Value Engineering
Both sites were administered under our site batching programme utilising a Site Manager and appropriately trained Supervisor who worked together to realise preliminary savings and to provide an integrated approach to supply chain procurement and quality management.
We have vast experience in planning site logistics to encourage the use of shared resources that do not compromise safety or quality and actively enhance value and affordability.
Sustainability
The scheme achieved Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 certification following a detailed and thorough sustainability assessment utilising our fabric first approach with a photovoltaic array on each site.
Health & Safety
No reportable accidents were recorded on this site
Relationship with Client
This scheme was one of a number of garage court projects that were successfully completed by the same team to drive a right first time approach that led to higher standards of safety, quality and cost certainty.

This project benefitted from the detailed and clear project commitments that we deliver to Solon (SW) Housing Association as a fellow member of the Sovereign Development Consortium.
