We have a wide range of land owner/land agent contacts (which have been developed over a twenty year period) and we are able to bring forward potential development opportunities in both urban and rural areas.
Our previous experience has resulted in a high level of repeat commissions and this in turn leads to higher conversion rates. In particular, with ‘off market’ opportunities.
Our Strategic Land Manager has a background in Architecture and is therefore able to carry out a first stage review of the planning status of sites prior to introduction to Clients.
