By following the procedures below the property owner, client and contractor can evidence that they are taking all reasonable precautions to identify and manage the asbestos containing materials encountered.
Annual Asbestos Awareness Safety Training to all production and operational staff
Additional training through bSure for sampling
All testing carried out by an independent UKAS accredited laboratory
All removals of asbestos carried out by a licensed ARCA accredited contractor
Encapsulation and in situ management of asbestos containing material offered wherever possible
